the problem with all this is as any MILESTONE CHART... will show schedules for getting things accomplished are put in the CHART..however, when the scheduled events do not happen , they slid the scheduled events to the right and cause the timeframe meant for the event to take a longer time. we have seen this and been there on their scheduling. we need and the investing public need some concrete actions to make the PPS go higher. until this happens we will be in this range and waiting. IMHO
