I think we have done so, all that remains to be seen if one other person agrees. I also think that if this "merger" deal was explained and we stood to have Exobox make $800,000.00 and we were to keep our shares in whole, we wouldn't be where we are today. Have done some checking and to date haven't found where management has taken it's shareholders to court. Anyone know of a case I've missed?
