GERS, no matter how significant its financial plight, has never filed the Q2 later than August 23rd and that was after a NT filed on August 16, a week earlier. We are now eleven days post the current NT. Are we going to see a new trading symbol -- GERSE?

When a company that trades on the Nasdaq Stock Market or the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) falls behind in its reporting obligations with the SEC, the letter "E" is appended at the end of the company's stock ticker symbol.

GERS must file within 15 days of August 14 to prevent the trading symbol change; IF they are going to file at all.
