1. I don't think Sauve is still involved so he request the company to remove the resticted legend and sell the shares, assuming there is a market, anytime he wants. The minimum resticted period is 12 months until the they can be free trading.

2. The same with Tally's shares, except as an affiliate, he is only allowed to sell a max of 1% of the o/s per quarter.
