Yep, some of my blue chips are off 15% from their record highs. I'll have to bother the SEC about that!

I can tell you that SEC lawyers hate penny stocks and those who play them. Anyway, tell us who you spoke with. Was it a lawyer or such, or the kid answering the phone? That latter is the usual case.

I do have some pretty considerable experience in dealing with the SEC.
