"long conversation today with the SEC" Exactly who did you speak with and for how long? My experience with the SEC is you'll be lucky to speak to some office worker, a receptionist type.

The Commission certainly doesn't have lawyers, CPAs etc chit chatting with penny players who got into trouble by ignoring the most basic, and well publicized, rules for sensible investing.
