I can think of no good reason for them to not announce the deal. Maybe it's not finalized after all. Maybe the reason for no follow info coming from the company. My hope is that they are negotiating a full buyout. Touchpay is also in the government space as well as child support payment processing.
Makes no sense to me why GTL would only be interested in the jail space accounts from gpsi when they are already bigger than gpsi. They had to know that buying the jail side would make gpsi a stronger competitor in the court space.
