Did you happen to see the "alleged" secured agreement......

where the Besado inventory was said to be collateral? I assume that wasn't "Tweet Lou's" agreement, but we saw several threats of lawsuits in regards to that agreement. There doesn't appear to be any filed "agin" TSB. At least not yet?

Now comes TSB, using the attorney that got the 125MM free trading shares that ultimately made DKTS Rule 144 ineligible and all notes invalid, making the first move.

Are more moves coming?
