ownership by 50% Brad and 50% JAG (Jessica & Larry) ??
Also, since R/S never happened, the share structure remains such
that Brad is Majority Common Shareholder too, making Brad the
Majority owner of HFBG.
FINRA and the SEC both see it this way also. Brad proved it to them.
No one is doing anything here without Brad.
