Seems a sophisticated kind of dilution going on here where the company pays divy to get all (+new) share holders to buy like nuts - meanwhile they dilute millions more of shares into the market to cover the divy cost plus $$$$$$$ hundreds of thousands in additional dillution.

Cool scam idea but shareholders going to get burnt big time........
