Zenus had an informative post a couple of weeks ago that helped ease my anxiety about this and has made some sense or at list gave a potential reason as to why the long delay.
"So many here are getting all bent out of shape that more products aren't being released. Well, they said that the codec development is done, but that's just the first step. You need to integrate the codec into the production workflow and develop SOC (system on chip) solutions so that hardware can run the codec. It all takes some time and is the reason why the previous TMMI management never got off the ground. It is not a business where you can just release the codec and suddenly you are overflowing with cash. You have to figure out how it fits into the entire video production and distribution chain."
If this is the case I think it is incumbent on TMMI management to keep momentum flowing in a positive direction by putting out the occasional progress update. For all we know the great results with RTN may have hit a huge stumbling block that TMMI hasn't been able to overcome and work with RTN may be over. Who would know??
