"Think will find placer became moot if included in the AR open pit plan about late April and for sure by mid-May."

Sorry calling BS on that! First we were not told the Placer was irrelevant we were told it was running and capable of producing to our account 6-8 oz of gold per day. That's $200-300K a month. When we are enduring MASSIVE DILUTION that's a lot of money. Maybe PT has so many shares he doesn't care. Most of us have much less purchased at MUCH MUCH higher prices than a freaking PENNY! So EFFING YES its MATERIAL TO ME!

I don't think most of the long suffering LOYAL shareholders are being treated with much respect here. We are continually misled, and told we will have a more responsive mgmt. structure SOON! However actions speak louder than words so that sounds like lip service to be kind but B.S. if you call a spade a spade. Frankly at this point we don't know if we are a $75K and done or not with AR. So how does one ASSume producing now on the Placer is irrelevant? To me what appears irrelevant is perhaps all the equipment purchased for Rancho operations and a organization in Mexico that has nothing to do. So why not shut it down and save some money? Why continue to dilute to screw around at Ures when we don't know what we have at Rancho? Continuing to add debt and shares is not in our best interest at this time. Must be the reason the industry is holding back at this point too!

Finally why is PT so reticent to address his shareholders? If everything is potentially so great why do his shareholders have such a feeling of angst? There is a disconnect here you can see it in the share price. Feel it in the shareholder groups.

To call anyone asking a question on why the action doesn't match the rhetoric a bitcher is maybe a tactic to usurp questions? So why does the kool-aid taste so bitter asked the Jonesboro participant.... Being mislead gives one the feeling of betrayal. I think those of us that are still here deserve better.
