Upon thinking about my last post please forgive me as that reply was to flippant. After looking OUR atty. up and reading a bit about him I come away with this guy being a heavy hitter and seems to be well connected. Would bet he has more up his sleeve than an arm. Being just a partner in this firm I think it's more his role to play is to make money (produce). That's why I say we may be missing something here as we all know that Exobox is broke, yet here they are expending much valuable time on this case, we have to ask, what's in it for them? Looking at him we also have to ask what's a guy that has so many things going for him need Exobox. I must say that he would be an atty. I would like to see on our side, but, the pack he seems to be running with now gives me pause. All of this provided that the info I found is correct and he still is with that firm and the bio info is right, is and will remain in my opinion. Hard to say which road they take, either attend court or stave off any hearing for as long as possible, wouldn't know how they play that hand.
