Wow, NMM CONSULTING LTD bought 10% Ownership of SGAED which means the real float availble for trading is just 71,722 shares which is Hyper Tiny float count! In another word just $71,722 or $35,861 cash can buy out all the remaining floating shares at $1 or $0.5! If the price drops to $0.14 (i.e. the pre-R/S-All-Time-Low 0.0007) then anyone with only $10,041 cash can buy out those whole float...

Therefore the price of SGAED after the R/S won't fall below $0.14 (the current close price) due to the ridiculous low MV $10K for a OTCCI stock! The R/S peer (mcii) just had a new low $0.25 after the R/S with the similar size OS (204K shares).
