He's gonna run to Jamaica. Nobody will see a penny from any lawsuit. I would have contacted a lawyer if I had any substantial money involved in any of the companies ali worked for. I really hate to see this type of behavior but it is on the rise. Nobody goes to jail anymore. Not only is the burden of proof on you but you better hope he hasn't sold all his assets and placed all his money in a Jamaican bank account.
