Top 10 reasons to own SCRH

1. It is cheap. Currently trading at a p/e of 4 based on last q's results annualized. If you back out cash and receivables, it is a p/e of 3 annualized.

2. It is growing. 3 new licensees added late in the last q and 6 more in the build out stage.

3 new licensees

On June 17, 2015, we (through our subsidiary Scores Licensing Corp.) entered into a trademark license agreement with Dick S. Shappy, granting it an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of certain Scores trademarks in its night club/restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island. The license is for a term of five years, with two successive five year renewal terms. The license agreement provides for fixed royalties at the rate of $10,000 per month. Pursuant to the agreement, SLC also granted the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to sell certain licensed products bearing our trademarks.

Effective June 15, 2015, we (through our subsidiary Scores Licensing Corp.) entered into a trademark license agreement with CG Consulting LLC, granting it an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of certain Scores trademarks in its night club/restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. The license is for a term of five years, with five successive five year renewal terms. Upon the earlier of the club becoming fully operational or three months from the date of the agreement, we will receive royalty payments of $1,250 per week. After the first two years of the term of the agreement, the licensee shall pay us royalties equal to the greater of 4.99% of the licensee’s monthly revenue or $1,250 per week.

Effective July 24, 2015, we (through our subsidiary Scores Licensing Corp.) entered into a trademark license agreement with Funn House Productions LLC, granting it an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of certain Scores trademarks in its night club/restaurant in New Haven, Connecticut. The license is for a term of five years, with five successive five year renewal terms. The license agreement provides for fixed royalties at the rate of $5,000 per month for the first year of the agreement, increasing to $10,000 per month thereafter.

3. Ceo is a mover and a shaker. Mr. Robert M. Gans , 66
Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Exec. VP, Gen. Counsel and Sec of Pricemart Inc. A 3 Billion dollar market cap company trading on Nasdaq at $90 per share under the symbol PSMT. He also owns Penthouse.

4. Ceo has incentive to see SCRH continue to succeed. He owns 53% of the shares.

5. No dilution - the share structure has remained the same since Mr. Gans took it over.

6. No debt. This company has the best balance sheet for a stock trading at this price I have ever seen. No debt and hardly any liabilities at all. This means that the revenue growth hit's the bottom line.

7. Consistent growth in revs, profits and improved balance sheet for 7 years and growth is accelerating.

In Blue Bloods season 3 episode 21 "Devil's Breath" suspect worked at Scores shown from the outside and a set inside which is not known if it was filmed in the club or on a set staged as Scores.

In the HBO comedy-drama How to Make It in America, "Kappo" says he picked up his help from Scores.

In the movie I Think I Love My Wife, Steve Buscemi's character briefly mentions Scores

Scenes from the 2005 film The Interpreter were filmed at the 333 East 60th St venue. Two of the club's entertainers were shown dancing for a character in the film.

In the movie Rounders, which is set in New York City, Scores is briefly mentioned.

On an episode of Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update, anchor Tina Fey, upon reporting that former writer and cast member Al Franken was considering a run for the U.S. Senate from his home state of Minnesota, stated that if he were to win the seat, "he would be the "first SNL alum to hold office since last year, when Tracy Morgan declared himself to be the 'Mayor of Scores'."

On an episode of The Whitest Kids U' Know, a sketch about men going to strip clubs with strange names (i.e., "ST Double D's: The Breast Barn") makes a reference to Scores when the executive producer "interrupts" the sketch to apologize for the sketch, but ends up making up strip club names himself.
