"Secretary General of the Party Nuri al-Maliki" SO IF RECENT ARTICLES ARE CORRECT THEN MALIKI IS STILL PRESIDENT OF THE SLC AND SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE "Shura Islamic Dawa Party Council". I EXPECT THAT WHATEVER LOSS OF BODYGUARDS SUFFERED BY MALIKI WITH THE ABADI "SHAKEUP" THAT HE HAS OFF SET WITH PRIVATE CONTRACTORS. I THINK I WILL SAY "ABADI SHAKEUP" BECAUSE THUS FAR THERE IS LITTLE REAL REFORM IT APPEARS TO ME.
