Of course they will use those patients.

In looking back at the numbers the company reached 290 enrolled patients through October of 2014. If the "events" are the main focus (as Geert said in an interview) then these 290 will become "events", positive or negative, by the end of 2017.

Then the data can be tabulated, published and submitted for FDA approval.
