We cant see much of a history here.

This chart shows Fowler selling 31,500 common shares and acquiring 95,067 shares.

By that ratio, how can you say Fowler is dumping?

If anything, the recent purchase of 95k shares from Fowler as well as the nearly 140k shares from Peter and Sarah Herburger, tells me that leadership feels the inspection is nearing.
