The previous management screwed up big time, but the good part is they still have their licenses and other IP's/assets they can put on sale instead of diluting.
The new management is focused on generating revenue instead of waiting on license.
Their phythalabs itself could fetch them 500-1 mil in revenue if sold. So this company is not going anywhere, just little late in executing their plans.
The blame is not only previous managements fault, but also HC which screwed many such Canadian companies.
Look at where FITX or SPRWF has landed into. They were just relying on license and are screwed up.
ATTBF has acted quickly to turnaround things.
