Pray, c'mon man...this isn't an offering. It's 100% in line with exactly what Culley said in his CC. It was 100% expected and required to be filed so that this position of POTENTIAL FINANCING is available as an option if/when needed. He laid it all out...Hercules Debt Financing, hopeful partnership, if not then 2nd tranche (unfortunately with some dilution via warrants...ATM if needed and lastly another offering. It is clear that Culley got the message and has set up alternatives to dilution as options into EPIC data. Not sure if all the time you are spending on the Yahoo board with those insane malcontents but you are smarter than this my friend. Hope this clears things up for you and you have a better weekend.
