Well!! okay rony, I'll not get into a squabbling battle with you. I don't have the sense of frustration that you do. If all goes to hell w/ BION, I'll still be able to sleep at night. I sleep great now and hoping you do as well. I'd be willing to bet that everyone else on this board feels the same way. Life is too short, and we shouldn't gamble with things that will cause us grief in our future (obviously you have). Unfortunately it appears you are mainly the one that feels the grief here. I do hope everything works out well with your situation and you can feel more at ease.

And, by the way, who has stated the company was doing great?? If so, perhaps that would be idiotic, but no one has. If you read back over what the post said from TF, that I commented on, you must admit it did make some sense.

Being that you never comment in a derrogative way about anything BK did, I'd be willing to bet the whole ordeal was fraudulent anyway. Yep, I'd bet that you two were in cahoots. He never gave one measly care about the company in the long run, just out for his greed. I don't know, and don't really care. It may all come out in the end - maybe not.
