Equity committee is done

As part of the 17.5% in warrants, the equity committee is being given some data on the properties and has to agree to stop trying to hold up the plan.

If the equity committee does not take this deal, and succeeds in holding up the plan, I expect the company will have no choice but to liquidate once cash falls below $25 million, since I do not expect the DIP or Swap contract claims will wait around as the company continues to lose more money.

The only thing the equity committee is doing past this point is to make it so the unsecured get zero also if they do not take the plan.
