Their steps to dispose non core assets and reduce cost and generate cash is step in right direction with out dilution.
Infact, the combined assets of Abattis for all its IP, NPN's and licenses , biocubes, phthalabs is more than $5 mil, so they have ways to generate cash other than Private placements or equity financing to keep the lights on until their 2-3 products start generating operational cash.
