We just uploaded additional disclosure to the SEC in the Form 10, including disclosure on our deal in Africa, and two related agreements. The new filing should be available for public viewing at 9 AM EDT Monday morning on the SEC website.
The name of the bank has been redacted due to a confidentiality agreement between our sales agent in Africa and the bank, we cannot state who the bank customer is until they announce the launch publicly first.
The system is working now, I've seen transactions on the system. The bank says they will make the service available for bank employees on Tuesday, and available and announced publicly before the end of August.
We added what is essentially the eMobile app to the system, we will be integrating with the cardless ATM networks immediately post launch.
The bank also intends to use the system as a billing platform to their business customers who are billers.
Also added to the Form 10 are all the service and partner agreements MyECheck has signed, and additional disclosure on the TCA loan.
Apple iOS eMobile app should be available Monday also. We will issue a press release once the Apple app is available on Itunes app store.
