Isn't it obvious, just look at how this thing has been trading since April. A couple posts down some folks mentioned the boiler room cold calling. Couple that with the washtrades and artificial volume that has been taking place for months now and there you have it. You have to hand it to "them" though, this has been a pretty discreet walkup, other OTC scams should take lessons from these guys.
