Sorry that would be incorrect unless you are talking about the 43-101 that they had to revise in 2009.

What we were told was...

to provide an updated NI-43 101 resource estimate for the Nemegosenda property D Zone. Having a compliant resource estimate has two significant benefits: (i) it allows us to show potential next stage financiers (be they mining companies, private equity funders, end users or other potential joint venture partners) that a significant niobium resources exists at the Nemegosenda property; and (ii) an updated NI-43 101 resource estimate will greatly expedite our listing applications.

We were not to get just a 43-101. We were to get a 43-101 RESOURCE ESTIMATE.

Like everything else here it did not happen. We got what you said which is an updated 43-101.

After they screwed up the drilling they decided a resource estimate was not quite as important as they stated and that just updating the 43-101 with 1 more hole was good enough.

Actually it was a waste of time and money because it did nothing for the company at all.
