I will offer a few final thoughts before I put my mouse away on this board. I have been a dedicated, long term investor of Kallo since I first discovered them years ago. I have watched them struggle to bring their technologies to the market and I have done and continue to do my due diligence on the company, its managers and its board of directors on a daily basis. Has Kallo's management made mistakes along the way? Of course they have! But, they also have a suite of unbelievably fantastic and innovative technologies and products. Is there a demand for Kallo's products and technologies? I would venture to guess that even the company's biggest critics would agree that yes, the demand and the need is huge. Can any upstart company operate without funding? No! Can a company with the prospect of a $200,000,000. order wait for the order to be received before they hire key employees and put in place the necessary infrastructure to execute and deliver their products? Again no! Do Kallo's management and employees need to feed and dress their families and pay their bills? Yes, of course they do! So yes, money is being raised and dilution is occurring. Am I, as a shareholder happy about that? No! Do I believe that they have always made the best moves in securing this funding? No again! But, would I rather that the company throw in the towel and declare bankruptcy?
Of course not, that is not an option! The bottom line here is that I will continue to maintain my percentage ownership of the company because I do believe that the down payment money will be received from Guinea before Alpha Conde runs for re-election this fall. With that order I believe that the company is worth 3 X sales or $600,000,000. At 600,000,000 outastanding shares that's a dollar per share. I also believe that this current share price grossly undervalues the company today and that is was driven here by shorting that occurred because of the latest convertible note. These are my thoughts and opinions only and I could definitely be wrong on the future price of this stock, but I am sticking to my plan of maintaining my level of ownership and at these prices that will not be difficult! Best of luck to everyone on the board!!
