It is easy to answer.....it is in the filings....

I just wondered if you really understood what has been going on.....

It is very easy to talk to the company and get one idea and then read what is suppose to be facts and see an entire different story.....

only real problem is we see the facts a year or 2 late. Never the less the cost is chum change compared to the cash raised in backdoor stock sales that dilute stockholders value.
