The Company was previously known as TechnoConcepts, Inc. until January 16, 2015. The Company was originally incorporated as Technology Consulting Partners, Inc. in the state of Colorado on September 18, 2001.
They provide car warranties to franchised and independent car dealers and their customers. They maintain a premium account with a nationally established bank to secure the funds from all warranties and to pay out all necessary funds due under the warranties. They provide new car warranties, used car/low mileage warranties, used car/mid mileage warranties, and used car/high mileage warranties. Under each type of warranty, they offer three tiers of coverage - basic, silver and gold. Rates for the warranties differ according to a variety of factors that are particular to each vehicle that coverage is sought for.
They are not limited to providing warranties for cars - they can provide them on heavy equipment, commercial equipment and office equipment. However, given their experience within the car industry, they are focusing their efforts on the automobile industry at this time.
