Hodges made a big mistake trying to shut up Otto; as a friend put it today, he was a pit bull in a former life.

It is worth one's time to read IKN every day right now if you are interested in IRL.

IMO Hodges will be gone soon. The real question is why the board hired this sleazebag in the first place.

I know what my proxy vote will be, bye bye Hodges, and I'll be considering very carefully whether I can support each member of the current board (not that I have enough shares to make a real difference. Just saying...)
