If the extra cash means nothing to you go ahead...

They have already dumped 1,000,000,000 new shares since the last A/O increase. They are staying silent as they hope people will continue averaging down. Im a little tempted, but I have not seen anything to make me believe they are doing anything other than how many more shares they can issue above the par before they do a R/S. Looking at how much attention they have paid to shareholders over the past year do you really think they are going to start issuing news and increasing the PPS for US? I don't, my bet is they are going to R/S once they cant sell into the .0002's any more. They will accept they squeezed all they could out of it, R/S, and then start pumping after the initial PPS drop from R/s news. I have seen nothing from these guys to indicate they will do anything to the contrary. They are not going to let those who average down benefit of a multiple in PPS increase as that would be taking money out of their pockets vs the scenario above pumping after an R/S.
