Did you read the most recent 8k? I don't expect any dilution after the r/s. I don't think Roy wants to own Attitude anymore. I think his plan is to continue to grow his WOB franchises. I read an interview where he called them a "cash cow". I think he has sold Attitude and is going to pay his employees their back salaries and then some. Looks like he has taken care of the debt holders as well. If he didn't sell then I would say he is merging with another company. $ATTD
