Rather than going all in, it may be worth considering scaling in at likely spots so that if a jump occurs you have some. Just another idea. Bottoms are tricky. Especially, when a news event is uncertain in its timing, but approaching.
The confluence of market downdraft, sector downdraft and a long quiet news period as merged to create an unexpected value opportunity.
IMO, SYN may be reaching the point where fundamental gross undervaluation demands action.
