I agree but please explain how this will benefit the common share holder. Millions of dollars of sub penny stock will be given to the institutional investors and employees. Not to mention buy in warrants. There is an impending split and no change in the authorized shares. Wouldn't you expect massive dilution? Our investment dollar will not work in ratio to the insiders. They will grab every dollar by design.
