Has anyone considered attempting to meet with management, or submitting a proposal on the proxy? Obviously with VirTra's track record of corporate governance, securing an audience with the management team is a long shot, but it truly does not appear that they are focused on the share price.

They've done an excellent job growing the business, but there are other facets that they seem to neglect being even a semi-public company.

The fact they are still being compensated with quarterly option grants, as well as their CoC provision in their employment contracts, shows they are more focused on keeping their jobs.
