Looks like you are very confused, here again the wording from the 7/22/2015 TPL/PTSC/B&N filing to the judge...Oh, just to help you out. Read my postings from 08/01 and 08/03. With the best hopes that this time you understand.....! (Talking about PTSC and NOT another stock)
For your timing, the Judge allowed not 30 days, but 60 days.....So a PR is due latest until 9/22/2015.
