I think it will, MIKEY, just lost momentum for now - I don't think the "promised" PRPM dividends that haven't materialized have helped with the "TRUST" factor.

As you know, '000 fatty's can take a lot longer to take shape - I think PATIENCE will be rewarded come the FALL and WINTER.
