Some people confuse machinations involved in preliminary discovery for actual verdicts. Thanks for posting this, MF, as it demonstrates that a verdict, let alone a judgment involving cash to Cirtran, is very much in doubt (and I say, unlikely). Moreover, any such outcome could take months longer.
