I personally have witnessed on L2 that MM NITE has been accumulating on the bid for some time now. The spread has been increasing, which to me implies that there are less shares available in the float.

It's anyone's guess at this point as to what happens here. MvH seems to be reluctant to hand over the shell to Mati Baumel. Mati probably has no interest in it any more...who knows, but someone keeps buying.
