I still don't understand why Zivo entered into an agreement with Redchip. You pay a company to help market your stock when you have news/developments to disseminate and want to break through the newswire clutter. Perhaps it's worthwhile to introduce your company to investors without major news if you have a CEO who knows how to make a pitch. Zivo had neither for the Redchip broadcasts.
