So question becomes...

Who is wanting/trying to keep a lid on this and why? With every slight move up the last week, MM CDEL steps in with a 130-150k share offer as an attempt to discourage buying. Thus far, it has proven successful...as whenever they aren't on the ASK with such size the activity is much greater.
