I agree they plan on hanging on by a thread for the rest of the year but they will be delisted over the stock price unless they do a R/S then you have the dilution shares for the preferreds that will send it right back sub dollar - next year is an election year and oil will not be going up until the next idiot takes the office in White House. So no relief coming next year and SD will take the fall.
