Please Alan, no one stopped the company from paying the promised dividend in 2005, or in 2010. As for the short nonsense, please regale us with any pink sheet stock that brokers have been forced to pay shareholders using your daily short theory?

Yes some investors have been rewarded and increasingly arbitrators are ordering brokerage firms to compensate the clients they have disregarded their fiduciary relationship to and abused instead. This is gaining momentum with each new case filed. Justice is coming albeit slowly. Go FFGO!!!
Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
