Dan can reply if he wants, but the bottom line is simple.

Just like the previous rev split, you are even money when it happens, then it can go either way thereafter.

Example: if you have 1000 shares at a pps of .025 each, then a split of 1 for 50 (1:50), you then have 20 shares at pps of 1.25 each.

The previous split put us at .014 as a starting point.

Were we harmed?

Will we be this time WHEN and IF the split happens?

Many times companies file a rev split plan but don't execute it immediately. In our case imo it will take place right after SEC approval.

I'll say it again, imo Day has a long term plan in doing this.
