He is correct. Local says pass, they have before also. It's usually hung up with regional or washington, local has always been on our side thankfully.

The difference this time is after the local pass we went straight to washington with everything we had looking for the final go ahead.

No one is trying to give false hope here and it's why we are trying to be careful how we say things, we don't want to hype it but everyone things we will get a pass or a 1 door mini-mini. Just dealing with the slide that was a problem. There are a few more details in johns previous posts of things that have been going on the past couple weeks.

The key here is this time, at no time have we been given a fail. We are not trying to get a fail overturned, we are just trying to get the official pass. We aren't sure of a time line but I'd imagine it won't be too long.
