1-for 50 reverse stock split Coming!

The Authorized Share Increase and Reverse Stock Split Amendments will become effective on the date that the Company files a certificate of amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. The Company intends to file the certificate of amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware promptly after the twentieth (20th) day following the date on which the Information Statement is mailed to the Company’s stockholders.
