Take a look at P$PW. I bet a large position since 2013. The company insiders are the same people who are part of the Falak holding group who own a 1/3 interest in the Dubai sports center and are billionaires. They are close to announcing financing to start construction of 8 hydro dams which would send the stock to $2 to $5 a share. Currently trading around 2 to 3 cents. Float is between 25 to 35 million. Rest is owned by insiders. Could take another year but it could be sooner. Its a long term play but billionaires tend to create the best historical penny runs. GLTU!
