Janice and I were talking about hemp hearts being sold at my local grocery store for the first time!

is that cool or what?!

8$ a bag and they taste like nuts and you sprinkle them on salads and yogurt and what ever else

I read somewhere they have the best balance of any product of omega 3s at about 3.5:1 where 4:1 is considered ideal
