In June, 2015, the Company filed a motion for Summary Judgment and on July 14, 2015, the Court granted that motion in the amount of $546,798. The judgment bears interest at a rate of 15% per annum until paid in full. On July 21, 2015, Mr. Didier opposed the Company’s motion for Summary Judgment disputing the amount of the judgment.
